Search, sort and display

Search by name

Press Command+F (Mac) or Ctrl+F (Windows) in the content list to open the search box, and type part of a page's name. The list shows only the pages whose name contains what you typed. Clear the box to see all pages again.

Sort the list

Click Display at the top of the content list.

• Ordering sorts by Created, Changed, Name, Published or Collection.
• Direction is Ascending or Descending.

The list opens sorted by name, ascending.

Choose what each row shows

Under Display properties in the same menu, click the details you want each row to show: Labels, Collection, Created, Published, Changed, Changed By, Related and Locales, plus any fields your templates make available. Click one again to hide it. Out of the box, a row shows Labels, Created, Published, Changed and Changed By.

Show draft content

A published page with unpublished changes is listed as it is published. Turn on Display draft content to list it as its draft instead, with the name and details from the latest changes. A page that has never been published always shows its draft.
