Overproduction

Adding unnecessary features that users don’t need. Focus on what truly matters by gathering user feedback and tracking data.

At Strife, we have a clear vision for every feature we create and the problems we aim to solve. Rather than rushing to add new features, we focus on enhancing the ones we already have. A great example of this is the next generation of chapters.

The need to reuse content across a website is often significant. Instead of building a system where editors choose between global or local chapters, we made all chapters global and reusable by default. This simplifies the editor's workflow—no more wondering which type of chapter to use and when!
