Subject matter of the processing
The provision of the Strife Service (a cloud-based content management platform comprising Strife CMS, Strife PIM, Strife DAM, Strife Intelligence, and PDF Builder) to the Customer.
Duration of the processing
For the duration of the Agreement, plus the post-termination periods set out in Section 16.5 of the Agreement.
Nature and purpose of the processing
Hosting, storage, retrieval, display, transmission, backup, and related processing operations necessary to provide the Strife Service to the Customer.
Categories of Data Subjects
Categories of Data Subjects whose Personal Data may be processed include:
Customer's Authorized Users (representatives, employees, contractors)
Visitors to and users of websites, applications, or services operated by the Customer using the Strife Service
Customer's own customers, contacts, subscribers, and other individuals whose Personal Data the Customer stores in the Strife Service
Types of Personal Data
Types of Personal Data that may be processed include:
Identification data (names, usernames, email addresses)
Contact information
Professional information (job title, workplace)
Content submitted or generated by or about Data Subjects (text, images, video, files, form submissions)
Technical data (IP addresses, device and browser information, usage data)
Authentication data (email addresses used for passwordless authentication, session tokens)
The Customer is responsible for determining what Personal Data is uploaded to or generated in the Strife Service. The Customer warrants that it does not upload special categories of Personal Data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR to the Strife Service, unless expressly agreed with Strife in writing.
Frequency of processing
Continuously during the Agreement.
