Deleting a media file
To permanently remove a file from your media library in Strife, follow these simple steps:
- Locate the desired file within your library.
- In the lower right corner of the media file thumbnail, find the three-dot "More Options" menu icon.
- Click on the three-dot menu to open a menu of additional actions for the media file.
- Select the "Delete" option from the menu.

Permanently Delete a File
Please note that when you delete a file within Strife, the action is irreversible! Once the file has been removed, it cannot be recovered or restored. Ensure that you are certain about your decision before proceeding with the deletion.
Note:
When you remove a media file from the media library, it will not automatically delete the media file from the webpage where it is currently being utilized. The file will remain embedded on the webpage and continue to be accessible to users.
